We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and want to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience.

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

Items in sealed packaging must not be torn for safety and hygiene purposes.

We reserve the right to decline your refund if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria above. 

Return Process

To start a return, please contact Customer Support on contact@minisworld.store within 14 days of receiving the product, stating your order number and the reason for the return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without following this step will not be accepted.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged or defective and the customer must ship the product back to us via a traceable shipping method. 

Damaged or Defective Product

We’re committed to providing high quality products, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible (within 14 days of receiving the product) on contact@minisworld.store, stating your order number, a picture of the damage/ defect, and a short description. We will arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund, including return shipping costs.
